Pro lifers show no mercy

Being uneducated about the basics of the English language is pretty irresponsible too and I see it every day....much more than abortion.

Equating poor use of grammar to aborting babies is the pinnacle of ignorance.

You really are THAT dumb.

You certainly shifted focus. There have not been 50 million third trimester D&X abortions since 1972.

in order to have "shifted focus" I would have had to claim there were 50 million third trimester D&X abortions since 1972......since I have not done so I feel free to say I have not shifted focus.....

what IS obvious is that you attempted to justify ALL abortions because one person was not able to terminate their child's life (although in reality, they were).......

Baxter really is THAT stupid.

You are a liar. Provide a quote or link to where I made this claim.

You shifted focus. The severe fetal abnormalities was presented as a reason for third trimester abortions. You then stated that "it must be a great comfort to you all that nearly fifty million deaths from holoprosencephaly have been avoided since 1972." Nobody made any such claim.

in the OP it was claimed that it is wrong to oppose abortion because this one family suffered.......and don't call me a liar again when the truth of what I say is so obvious.....

No, it was not. Quote the exact text where this was stated.... implied.... that you are misrepresenting? You are a liar.

Looks like the death panels are already in place.

Liberals just love death, perversion, and vices of any kind.

Sickos.

Are you being purposefully stupid to mask your foolish attempts to defend the indefensible?

You claiming that statistics provided of unwanted pregnancies were all accidental require the willing suspension of disbelief. Just as your moronic claims that the ONLY way one cannot get pregnant is to stop having sex.

Dumb; really dumb.

What is responsible of having careless sex with men who want nothing to do with your children and getting pregnant?

I don’t like making excuses for irresponsible behavior resulting in the mass killing of unwanted babies. But this debate as evidenced by your comments is way beyond your myopic ability to comprehend.

This doesn’t make any sense; they CHOSE abortions after acting irresponsible by getting impregnated by men who want nothing to do with them other have unprotected sex. It is dimwitted and suggests that women engaging in such behavior are incredibly stupid.

No shocker here; liberals seldom can comprehend what is irresponsible. How about women spreading their legs for men who want nothing to do with you for purely sexual purposes and then having an unwanted pregnancy? I don’t know a better definition of irresponsible.

Huh? Above you obtusely claim you don’t know what being irresponsible is. You really must be THAT dumb.

What is irresponsible? Having casual sex? Getting pregnant? What is 'accidental' pregnancy? Unplanned, correct? It can happen with casual sex, or those in committed relationships or marriages. What is irresponsible here?

For ANYTHING we do, there may be consequences. And we may even be happy with those consequences. Who says an accidental or unplanned pregnancy is BAD? I thought you all thought "babies" were GOOD?

And it's certainly not stupid when women know they have options. Several. (Too bad you dont like them all.)

What is irresponsible is how someone deals with something...and if it affects someone else. I'm not irresponsible if consequences only affect me and dont impact others (meaning others have to take responsibility for my actions.) Abortion is a very responsible thing to do...as your stats pointed out. (But you ignore)

So...YOUR definition of 'irresponsible' doesnt really fit. That can be YOUR JUDGEMENT of someone's behavior....but as long as it doesnt affect you or anyone else, it's again, really none of your business. Not everyone judges people like that and hey....if you think getting pregnant is irresponsible, I would think you'd be in favor of ending it as soon as possible.

I guess you are the dumb one since not knowing the correct definitions of words is not a grammatical error. It is just ignorance.

Ooopsie! lol

On their last night in Dallas, the ramen noodles and microwave popcorn were finished. The money for the motel had run out too. So on a hot August night Jessica and Erick Davis and their three young kids slept in the Mazda rented for the trip.

It had only been a few hours since Jessica’s abortion. Because the procedure needed to be performed later in her pregnancy, it stretched over three days.

“I cried until I could fall asleep,” she said.

Earlier that month, at home in Oklahoma City, the Davises were told that the boy she was carrying had a severe brain malformation known as holoprosencephaly. It is rare, though possible, for such a fetus to survive to birth, but doctors told them that he would not reach his first birthday. “He would never walk, lift his head,” Jessica, 23, recalled in an interview.

“I could let my son go on and suffer,” she said. Or she could accept a word she didn’t like – abortion - “and do the best thing for my baby.”

The Davises’ ordeal was always going to be painful. But the grim path that led them to a night in the car was determined, nearly every step of the way, by a state that has scrambled to be the most “pro-life” in the nation. There are no exceptions for families like the Davises.

I wonder what the baby would have said if mom would have been able to ask him whether he wanted to live? Or did mommy have telepathy?

are you having trouble reading my posts?......I think they are quite clear......

Using the wrong words to attempt a discussion just doesnt get you far. Sorry.

There's no 'killing' and there's no 'babies.'

You may choose to use those terms but unless you are the family that CHOOSES to be invested in a pregnancy, they are meaningless and quite honestly, none of your business.

Pro-Abortionists never show mercy.

I've never heard of or met anyone that was pro abortion. Just pro choice.

Sometimes we have to make difficult choices in life, so that life in general gets better. Much like divorce. It's generally better (or expected to be) for those involved, including kids, even tho it's a difficult thing to do. I've heard that divorce is one of the worst things in life to go thru....and affects you for the rest of your life....but is still ends up as the right decision.

For ANYTHING we do, there may be consequences. And we may even be happy with those consequences. Who says an accidental or unplanned pregnancy is BAD? I thought you all thought "babies" were GOOD?

No one has made this claim you dunce; what is bad is the abortion related to the accidental or unplanned pregnancy.

You cannot possibly be THAT dumb.

And it's certainly not stupid when women know they have options. Several. (Too bad you dont like them all.)
What is irresponsible is how someone deals with something...and if it affects someone else.

You mean how it affects the daddy, a woman’s family or the woman’s children? Or do you mistakenly think that the ONLY person that matters is the woman and her incapability of avoiding unwanted pregnancies.

I once again bolded your strawman; apparently you just cannot seem to help yourself.

I was pretty clear; most abortions are due to unwanted pregnancies.

You can’t get your head around the fact that unwanted pregnancies is something that is completely preventable with responsible behavior.

Carry on; it would be a waste of time to constantly wallow in a never ending circle of stupidity with you and dealing with your never ending parade of strawman arguments no one has made.
