I'm pro-life; I'm pro-the woman who is pregnant; she has a life to live, and I'm pro her living her life and having the family size she chooses.
This is an appeal to emotion and would be the same thing if a pro-lifer said, "If they are against killing the guilty (death penalty) how can they be for killing the innocent (Abortion)?" You'd hear them talk about how you go it "backwards"...
I am anti-killing and ultimately pro-choice. Here is how that works: IMO, we should remove the fetus with a directed attempt to save its life and gestate the progeny outside the womb rather than purposefully killing. Women shouldn't be forced to gestate a child, to be incubators, but neither should the innocent pay with their lives for this choice. Following this process through, this would give women true choice when it finally was fully successful, you would have had the choice of being an incubator or choosing to become a mother through ex-utero gestation.
