Think of it the....internet equivalent of guns. Well, sort of. 3D printing air rifles (such as the one below) is the NEXT revolution, for many reasons.
Nope. But you should maybe do some research on the expectations and projections for 3d printing. Yesterday, it was reported that Staples will begin carrying one. They don't all cost $30,000.

I have no idea what your point was, other than to be an asshole. But it can be printed on a Makerbot, which can be purchased for $2200.
This development was expected but it's still significant. Eventually, 3d printers will be able to produce more effective guns than this. Regulation of it will be virtually impossible.

Not long. Even printed AR lowers only last about 1,000 rounds now (these don't actually have much stress placed on them). I'd estimate less than 100 rounds for the gun in question.
