IMO, the father is smart for getting people behind him before meeting with the school board, they are elected, they'll hear much better when they realize their constituency are listening.The article I provided says the police were called because of the chaos in the cafeteria, not to arrest the child. Usually, after police are called, they assemble the parties involved to investigate. It was uring the ourselves of the investigation that Marum ran into trouble with the police. My speculation is he was trying to get the schools version and the kid kept talking, the police ask him to sit down and he continued to talk, so he was arrested.
The kid will get his hearing at the school board and in court.
My sole point was that I would go this far and more to defend my kid in this circumstance and wanted to make it clear why I would. This assumption that the father caused it all promoted by many in this thread is ridiculously assumptive and beyond foolish. I support defending this kid as much as I would support defending the kid with a Brady or pro-abortion or Obama or whatever shirt they chose that was within the rules.
