the laws that allow this kind of behavior is NOT the fault of capitalism, it's the fault of corruption in congress. you only have yourselves to blame for it by continually voting for the establishment fucks that lie to your face.

I'm not the retard running around claiming the fruit of my labor is my own, and not that of the person sending me my paycheck. Nor am I the retard who thinks no one should own property, that everyone should be on the same pay scale, etc.

A) Because they assume the risk that their product or service will be priced too high and they will lose money.

B) Who says it's not OK for you to charge what the market will bear? Can you give me more to chew on?

I had the same thought Darla. Of the handful of people I know who started businesses none of them were wealthy and those that did have money had it all tied up in their business so if it went under they would be left with almost nothing.

I have a friend who 3 years ago him and his wife opened a tattoo shop.
He puts in long hours and just recently he opened his 3rd one.
He's planning long term for his daughters, so they have something and won't have to slave like he has.
He's taken an entire new approach to how tattoo shops are promoted and looked at; but if something happened, they would lose everything.
His goal is to franchise out his shop's name, to other states.
