Many American White Men Worship Guns Because of Sexual Insecurity, Entitlement, and P

What really pisses me off about this line of logic is that it makes people who want to just be left alone and are doing nothing wrong look like they're evil or bad. It's no different than hating people who are gay. 999999/1000000 gun owners will never do anything to hurt anybody, but we have to paint them as racist, because they're bad people for doing something completely legal and minding their own business. They're not people who happen to enjoy a different hobby then other people, they're secretly violent and racist and homophobic and all these other things, rather than just regular people who want to exercise their rights in peace.

Well, your line of logic is that anybody who supports reasonable gun regulations is anti-American.

Most people will never be in that position. Most people will never be in a plane crash. Most people prefer to be prepared in case they are one of the very very small minority that end up in those situations.

If it came down to you being one of the ones that was put in that position, if you and your family's lives were on the line... what would your weapon of choice be to defend yourself? Gun? Knife? Bat? Hands? Something else?

Do you bring a parachute when you go on a commercial flight?

Own a gun - small penis
Drive a pick up - small penis
Drive a Hummer - small penis

Own a gun - American
Drive a pick up - American
Drive a hummer - American

Small penis - American

Im an American, but my nickname in College was "Boss Hog" for a reason...

the whole bullshit of your line of logic is deciding that YOUR idea of reasonable is actually reasonable. I consider your idea of reasonable to be treasonous.

I just read your comment on another thread about the will of the people v. government, yet you don't apply that thinking to gun regulations.

STY: "...are you finally ready to admit that 'we the people' know better than the government?"

Does this remind anybody of the twisted logic of the "Homosexuality is a Mental Disorder" people?

The idea is to try to make people who do <insert what you don't like here> seem to be some sort of insecure pervert, you do this by doing "studies" (there were whole studies done on how homosexuality was a mental disorder) that "find" exactly what you most want to believe.

You'll still see morons pointing to the "promiscuity studies" on homosexual men and how they were swapping partners like flies with poop...

Other morons will pretend that Freud has significance and that penis envy must be the cause of wanting to prepare for the worst.

Don't listen to the ignorant morons who want you to believe you are superior to others because of <insert thing you don't like here> and so "report" on "studies" that tell you what you want to hear. It was moronic back then, it is moronic now.

this is a strawman, but i'll reply anyway. define 'shall not be infringed. neither the government NOR the will of the people can fuck with that, unless they amend the constitution.

Sorry but it's not a straw man. If the citizens of CT want stronger gun regs, they should get them. I bet if a majority of the country supported an amendment for more gun regulations, people like you would be calling for armed insurrection.

Bet you wouldn't have called her slutty if she told you that you were hung like a horse.

LOL

I just shook my head over that. It's been my experience that men who call women they have had sex with sluts, they have very low self-esteem. It's like that old joke, I wouldn't want to be in any club that would have me as a member you know?

you are so wrong it's not even funny. CT state constitution, Article I, Section 15 states "Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state." anything that limits, restricts, or infringes on that right is not reasonable. end of story. It does not matter if 99.9999999% of the population want all guns banned, the constitution forbids it. don't like it, change it.

and yes, if 99.99999% of this countries population put forth an amendment to repeal the 2nd Amendment, I would kill everyone coming for my guns that I could, before they killed me.

Then the constitution could be amended. It has happened before...I think, has it not?

yes, the constitution could be amended. i'm sure that the CT constitution also has a mechanism to do that. However, the US Constitution was written to safeguard 'inalienable' rights, in other words, rights that exist apart from the constitution. So any amendment that bans all weapons from civilian ownership would be a violation of our rights.

LOL

What do you mean by 'member'?

But, by the same token it would protect the rights of Americans who wish to live normal peaceful lives. Are their rights less than yours?

I think they're so ingrained in that thinking, from an early age, that they don't even realize or understand why anybody would consider them sexist. Because this is normal thinking to them.

there is no 'right' to have someone else provide a normal and peaceful life. There IS a right to protect and pursue your OWN normal and peaceful life. that is it.
