Have you ever lived in a nation with a nationalized health service? Those Palin, death panel folks really got to you, huh? Did you ever look at the statistics I posted concerning nationalized health care in other countries? It saves money, Dix. Over 30%. (I deliberately avoided the 1/3 reference.) People in those countries experience equal or greater life expectancy. The best part is the citizens in those countries like their respective medical plans. What more can one ask?
As for defence spending what does that have to do with Sharia law here? As for abortions the people have spoken, as well.
You're in shock, Dix, and it's understandable. Change is difficult and some folks have a greater problem with it but it's OK, Dixie. The world is not coming to a literal end. The old ways are changing, that's all and it's all for the good. You'll see.![]()
I have , for 33 years , here for 9 years.
I know which is better.
NB healthcare had nothing to do with life expectancy , thst us a lifestyle issue.
You know , diet, job, pastimes , hours worked etc.
all those CHOICES we make.
Notice how the people of the UK have no choice in such matters?
All decisions are made on their behalf by the nanny state.
The NHS is a joke, yes people love it , they are taught in school that it is the envy of the world .
It is the first element of the UK indoctrination system , taught to 4 and five year olds.
Still thousands of UK residents arrive on us soil each year to get treatment/ cures for illness the NHS has declared untreatable , incurable and terminal.
Ruby Owen would have died 3 years ago in the UK.
Her she was cured in the USA.
Tell me about outcomes again ?
