He was on 'Celebrity Rehab' a couple of years ago. He was a pretty bad alcoholic. He got sober on that show and appeared to be doing well, then about a month ago or so he was arrested again for DUI.
What a shame.
Poor Rodney........probably never had a job, but he had his own in-ground pool in sunny California.....and was actually considered a celebrity by the pinheads.....

You're a complete idiot. He actually did have a job, and was a pretty stand-up guy.
Let me guess...you supported the verdict? You're predictable, if nothing else.

A stand-up guy? I don't know if I would go that far. He pleaded no contest to beating his wife he was charged with robbery and served time all before his beating by the police. The night of his beating he led the cops on a high speed chase over 100 mph while drunk and on PCP. Now that doesn't justify the beating he got from those punk cops but that isn't really behavior I would associate with a stand up guy. He also had a large rap sheet following his beating including claims by his second wife that he hit her. After the hell he went through I'm not going to judge much of those troubles but from a position of talking about stand up people I'm not putting him on my list.
Watching several interviews and shows about him through the years he never came across to me as a bad person. The man obviously had to deal with many demons.
So I guessed wrong, interesting.....where did Rodney work ?......and lets see a link...
I hope you don't mean Celebrity Rehab ?......
The verdict came the day before finals during my freshman year at USC. I'll never forget sitting in my dorm room watching on TV the violence happening just a couple of miles away. Driving through LA as the city burned will forever be seered into my memory.

So do you agree with Grind and Blabo?
Well, I'm waiting loud mouth.....
Where did he work ?.....and don't give that shit about his gig on Celebrity Rehab....thats a joke, not a job.
On parole for a robbery conviction in 1991, King was 25 when he was chased down by police and was beaten by cops.....
After suing the city of Los Angeles, King was awarded $3.8 million in damages.
So where did he work, loud mouth pinhead ????......
They showed him working his job a few times; he worked for the city - I can't remember doing exactly what. He was driving a truck; it was either some sort of garbage collection, or towing or something. But it was a full time gig he had for years.
Idiot.
All ya gotta do is prove it.......the asshole got an almost $4,000,000 settlement from the city and he was driving a truck, collecting garbage?.....get real....
You're such a Koolade guzzeler, you're pathetic......
He was nothing more than a patient on the rehab show being treated for his drug and booze addictions....he was a bum, a hood, and a jailbird wife beater....
...that the only opinion I offered...
...asshole...He was nothing more than a patient on the rehab show being treated for his drug and booze addictions..he was a bum, a hood, a thief, and a jailbird wife beater....
Not any more.
Poor Blabo.
