Obama seeks to have the courts rule that nobody can sue him for any sort of surveillance labeled anti-terror unless there is "willful disclosure" and Nigel tries to say that it doesn't matter because it was "about something Bush had done"...

It doesn't matter what it was about, precedent matters in courts and such an attempt is a power grab, plain and simple. It is totalitarian to attempt to take away the 1st and 4th amendment rights of people who may be under such surveillance.
