When Maxine Waters said this, top Democrats like Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi rebuked her and condemned any attacks on Trump cabinet members. So while Waters' words are dangerous, they were severely undercut by her own party.
Republicans don't do that with Trump. They either try to justify what he says, or they pretend he never said it.

I personally know a lot of NRA fanatics, and they all believe that the solution to any problem is at the end of a muzzle, and these are the people who would enjoy this type of video game.
