Comey claims he was walking the beach and saw it and took the picture based on his understanding that it meant 'fire' or 'get rid of'.

The Trump DoJ says 'we can read your mind and can state for certain you meant 86 as in 'kill'...' and based on that they have charged Comey.

And when "new guy" does a bunch of Trump bullshit indictments that get laughed out of court, Trump will not own the failures and how embarrassing these were and instead will blame the 'new guy' and demand he do them and this time 'succeed' and when 'new guy' fails at that, just as Bondi did, he will be next on the chopping block.

This will almost certain get kicked out in pre trial motions quicker than the last Trump indictment of him did.

I would not be surprised if Comey asks for a 'vindictive prosecution' defense and requests from the court an injunction on any future indictments but this DoJ under Trump for past actions, and if he gets it, despite how extreme and rare it would be get something like that.

As bad as the last case was that got laughed out of court before a trial could even begin, and a jury sat, this case is actually far worse.

This case requires the DoJ to claim to be mind readers, as Comey will say "I meant it in the more usage today which is to 'fire' or 'get rid of' in the same way a factory employee will ask about what to do with out dated inventory and he will be told to '86' it', which means 'throw it out'.

The DoJ will have to say to a jury, 'no that is not what Comey meant. WE can read his mind and know better what he meant and what he meant was kill'.

If the DoJ cannot convince a jury of that beyond any reasonable doubt, they have zero chance.

And the Iran war was Trumps way of shifting the growing and unending talk of the Epstein files off the first page.
