Comey claims he was walking the beach and saw it and took the picture based on his understanding that it meant 'fire' or 'get rid of'.
The Trump DoJ says 'we can read your mind and can state for certain you meant 86 as in 'kill'...' and based on that they have charged Comey.
And make no mistake as the entire DoJ case will have to be them trying to prove they know better what Comey meant, as they can read his mind and what he did not mean is the VERY COMMON use of '86' which is 'fire' or 'get rid of' and instead he meant 'lill'.
If Trumps DoJ cannot PROVE they can read his mind, they will lose. Likely before it even gets to a court.
