The Governor of NC disagrees with you. as does the University....
"Tonight's actions were dangerous, and we are fortunate that no one was injured. We are investigating the vandalism and assessing the full extent of damage."

It is one more step forward in the responsible maturation of our nation. It is to be celebrated by all Americans.
but it's not...nothing this morning is any different than it was last night....but the messy campus and kids in trouble....getting rid of statues to losers/traitors certainly is.
Good answerUntil that happens, though, I'll make sure to counsel kids against those who believe as you do... you're welcome....
yepyup, not relevant obviously
The kids at UNC and all real Americans are ecstatic.
I am proud of them.
They give me hope for my countries future.

you are trying to ignore reality. Blacks will walk past that site and smile now. It is an indication of your racism that that doesnt matter to you. The idea that somehow you all of a sudden care about law and order is bullshit.

I always smile when someone refers to me as a racist. That "accusation" would make those who know me, especially students and teachers, smile*as well,‘ and laugh out loud![]()
I says a lot (that's good) about the younger generation that they are no longer willing to tolerate these symbols. That being said, did they try to have the statue removed by less, shall we say, energetic methods first?
lol...‘facts are facts...bullshit post

I hope the pedestal to the statue is allowed to stand as a reminder of what was done by these brave and honorable kids.
There have attempts to remove this unhealed sore of the south racist past since the 1960s. Racist scum always managed to block the removal citing "historical significance".
The kids of UNC taught them all a lesson in "historical significance".
Didn't they.
