I'd like to see the world's economy grow. China covered up the virus and it's a known fact. No one knew how contagious it was until it was widespread already. Everyone could have done better.

I am home, stupid foreigner. I will soon be going out to exercise my 2nd. Amendment right.

Humans wiping out animal habitats come into contact with viruses which a) have actually existed for a very long time, and b) have been very isolated from humans.

Agreed, but that explains diseases in Africa and South America, not the Far East.

Why don't you head that up, PoliTalker?

In the meantime, I'll post the daily numbers of other viruses so that we can know those peaks as well. I think the comparisons might be intriguing. Perhaps it'll also shed some light on why this particular virus gets all the attention as well as the mysterious connection it has to Social Justice and the BLM movement.

In survival training I quickly found my limit: 24 hours. After 24 hours without food I'd eat the raw ass out of a cow. I doubt very many members of this forum know what it's like to go hungry for very long. Most are like "I'm starved! Let's go to McDonalds!"

I am so grateful I have never had to go hungry or even be food deficient. I have been blessed.

As are most Americans. Another reason I support some form of draft, even if they have the option to join the Peace Corps. Anything to rip them out of their mommy and daddy rut and show them how the real world looks.

It'll happen about the same time we have election and tax reform. :)
