On April 6th, a new daily deaths record was set at 1,505 deaths that day.

There has been a lot more death on 21 days over the last month since then:

The data is now showing a slowing in the rise of the number of Active Cases. We might be nearing a peak, but we have not reached it yet.

I don't think it is a matter of whether or not it is allowed.

The big concern is when people will feel safe to go to hospitals.

Obviously, we have no leadership we can trust in the WH.

Ideally we would have a president that we feel like we can trust.

We don't have that.

We have a president with very little credibility.

That means he says it's OK to go back, OK to open up the economy, and people do not believe him.

That is the first time that has happened. How EXCITING!

We could jump to conclusions and call it a peak but it wouldn't really be one if it was only for one day.

We need to keep watching and, hopefully, get a string of days with consecutive drops in the number of Active Cases.

Wow. After all this time, MAYBE we have a possible peak.

No, not during March when the president thought we had hit the worst week. Not in April when the president said the warm weather would 'miraculously make it go away,' Not until the middle of May.

And so many deaths in the duration. So many deaths.

It's just tragically unfortunate we have this joke of a leader who is totally selfish and without compassion, when we could SO use a real leader.

The USA is learning that compassion and caring a very good qualities to have in a leader. We are missing those things now!

The way I see it, the people who believe the president are clinging to a vision that is not real. It is a vision of falsehoods and propaganda.

Attacking Fauci out of a political agenda in no way reduces his credibility. It merely shows that what he says stands in the way of what you want to do. So he is attacked for saying the right, prudent, and caring thing. There is no valid basis to question the credibility of Dr Fauci.

Why lock schools down when the COVID mortality rate in children approaches non-existent?

To pick on one of Fauci’s brilliant ideas.
 
Many of the president's supporters have said: 'So what. He lied. Every president lies.'

That is nothing but admitting that there is acceptance of his lying.

When Reagan lied it was big news. He had to make a special broadcast to explain himself.

The current followers of the liar in the WH are so into fooling themselves that many claim he has not even lied.

That is just sad to be so out of touch with reality.

And it hurts our nation to support this guy and preserve his power.

He is the last person we should be giving power to.

He does not use power responsibly.

That in no way reduces his credibility.

It is entirely logical.

Sure, many children often show no symptoms of COVID-19. SOME children have died. And worse yet, small children have no concept of practicing social distancing. They are a hotbed of ripe disease transmission material. And then they go home and spread it to their families, babies and older people who are definitely at risk. And that produces needless deaths.

Our president is very good at producing needless deaths.

And we know his defenders are only concerned with him retaining power. That's all they want. They know this is the last fling with Republican power. Without HIM, they have no hope of ever getting power back for a VERY LONG TIME, if ever.

And that explains why HIS defenders are so willing to accept lying.

But one more thing must be said.

Time and tide wait for no man.

You cannot hold back the hands of time.

One day, time will be up for this president.

And that day is drawing nearer and nearer.

But don't worry.

The Democrats have a bright vision for a better future and it will be good for everyone.

So you have nothing to worry about.

It's going to be just fine.

Because children might be able to carry the disease. There are still questions about that. Preliminary studies disagree, but the Italian studies show Covid-19 being transmitted to the elderly by children.

The real experts do not claim to have all the answers, unlike you.
