That is terrible. It is no defense at all. Floyd was alive. When Chauvin got done with him he was dead. That is murder. They would have to argue about how healthy he would have to be to count as murder. You could run through a hospital cancer ward with a machete chopping heads off and it would it be a crime. They were sick and dying anyway.

What you can see and what the people living in reality can see seem to be 2 different things. Your grounds for appeal won't get very far in an actual court.

Ahh, here I made a mistake: Floyd's weight is reported at 140 lbs. The grey area is in the estimate of his gear weight and the actual amount of weight on his neck and such. Check it out:

your second paragraph is just right wing diversion...throwing in the kitchen sink of opinions as to find some type of correlation to your original contentions. In short, a smoke screen that does NOT prove anything you previously stated, as supposition and conjecture are no substitute for facts and the logic derived from them.

As to your third paragraph....Dershowitz makes a prediction, nothing more. That does NOT equate fact.

Ok, at least you're man enough to admit to a mistake, so thanks for that. You can also see from the video shot from the rear that he has his right hand on the patrol car at least some of the time, has his knee between Floyd's neck and shoulder and constantly adjusts his knee.

Regarding New York I mentioned that because you live there and therefore must be aware of the huge increase in crime. I don't see what's right wing about it, unless you're saying the truth is right wing? In which case the alternate truth is that cities descending into dystopian hell must be left wing then!

Even you must be disgusted at Patrisse Cullor's avariciousness surely? When she says that she's a trained Marxist did that include lessons in property speculation and advanced hypocrisy?

As for Dershowitz he's more often right than wrong so belittle his opinion at your peril!

I have always admitted error or conceded a point when proven such logically and factually. You and your brethren should try it sometimes.

You're grasping at straws. The good doctor laid out the weight, position and time that caused Floyd's death with the video....what you point to was NOT sufficient time to alleviate the fatal results. A matter of fact, a matter of history.

Again, WTF does this sidetrack of yours have to do with what the Chauvin trial was about? What are you alluding to? And since BLM had NOTHING to do with the trial (no mention of it by the defense or prosecution, judge or jury), you're just blowing smoke to diffuse the significance of Chauvin's guilty verdict.

As for Dershowitz....yeah, when he tells you what you want to hear, he's a legal God not to be doubted. But I guess the O.J. Simpson trial is now irrelevent now, right?
