How is arguing some other hypothetical scenario properly and responsably arguing the scenario they were charged with?

Presenting an argument based on a scenario where floyd was some other floyd wasnt misrepresentation by the defense? If he were some other guy he wouldnt have died, sure, but he wasnt. So how is that arguing that the cop didnt kill him? It's not, is it?

They only argued that he didnt kill some other guy. They never even tried to make a case that he didnt kill floyd if it was central to their case that he didnt kill some healthy guy. Some other "healthy" guy. So how is it presenting a case that he didnt kill floyd?

That is terrible. It is no defense at all. Floyd was alive. When Chauvin got done with him he was dead. That is murder. They would have to argue about how healthy he would have to be to count as murder. You could run through a hospital cancer ward with a machete chopping heads off and it would it be a crime. They were sick and dying anyway.

It was pointed out in testimony by more than one witness that at times the videos show Chauvin's toes were no longer on the pavement but were in the air while his knee was on Floyd. At that point unless you think the police are exempt from the law of gravity all his weight would have been on Floyd. Gravity means that the weight of a person is physical pressure.

Your argument defies reality. Also, I am unclear why you claim Chauvin looked like he was molesting children while kneeling on Floyd.

I can see at least four grounds for appeal in the Chauvin trial.

• The jury should have been sequestered

• The trial should have been moved out of state

• The city's announcement of $27M payout before trial had even started was truly disgusting

• Mad Maxine Waters incitement to violence. She should definitely be impeached and removed from the chair of the Finance Committee

What you can see and what the people living in reality can see seem to be 2 different things. Your grounds for appeal won't get very far in an actual court.

Ahh, here I made a mistake: Floyd's weight is reported at 140 lbs. The grey area is in the estimate of his gear weight and the actual amount of weight on his neck and such. Check it out:



your second paragraph is just right wing diversion...throwing in the kitchen sink of opinions as to find some type of correlation to your original contentions. In short, a smoke screen that does NOT prove anything you previously stated, as supposition and conjecture are no substitute for facts and the logic derived from them.

As to your third paragraph....Dershowitz makes a prediction, nothing more. That does NOT equate fact.
