Innocent man, right, if he was so innocent why did Trump fire him
I don't know snowflake; why don't you ask Trump instead of acting like a triggered dumbass on this forum flailing and screeching about shit you haven't the slightest clue about?

Innocent man, right, if he was so innocent why did Trump fire him
He has to, who would prosecute the case if the DOJ has dropped out, he might not want to, have a few choice words before he acts, but he will dismiss the case
I would think that they would know what DROPPING the CASE would mean.![]()
It doesn't matter; it was a process crime where prosecutorial misconduct has been discovered and the PROSECUTOR is DROPPING the case.![]()
1 hour ago - The Justice Department on Thursday said it is dropping the criminal case against President Trump's first national security adviser, Michael ...
There is no case for a judge to rule on.
It's way more than that. He is a traitor.
My dear, you are so terribly ignorant and uninformed that you didn't even know that Flynn had already pled guilty. The judge is free to sentence him
I'm trying to care.
No declaration was attached to the motion documenting the underlying reason and facts why this should be dismissed. Those are signed under the penalty of perjury. But no one put their name on it, apparently because should Sullivan decline the motion, he would have to hold a hearing and put the DOJ lawyers on the stand to find out why they want to have the case dismissed...since they didn't put their names on the motion, nor did they sign it.
This is a stunt intended to buy time...probably because there's a big SCOTUS case concerning Trump's tax returns that will probably not be good for Trump.
How does a judge sentence someone who.....HAD THE CHARGES DROPPED?![]()
WITHDREW THE PLEA, AS IT WAS GIVEN UNDER DURESS, PER THE FBI THREATENING HIS FAMILY.
IT'S OVER.
You are lying, bitch. You didn't even know he had pled guilty to lying to both the FBI and the VP.
The latest DOJ filing noted Flynn's false statement plea pertained to a crime that required a statement "to be not simply false, but 'materially' false with respect to a matter under investigation." The filing showed that the government "is not persuaded that the January 24, 2017 interview was conducted with a legitimate investigative basis and therefore does not believe Mr. Flynn's statements were material even if untrue."foxnews.com
Has the court formally approved the request?
You seem triggered by the fact that it doesn't matter; it was a process crime where prosecutorial misconduct has been discovered and the PROSECUTOR is DROPPING the case.![]()
I mean, this case is pretty important because it will set judicial precedent. The motion filed by Barr, as sloppy as it was, did not include any underlying reasons or evidence to lead the DOJ to this decision. And the motion was not signed by the DOJ lawyers -in fact, it wasn't signed by anyone. The reason is because had the DOJ lawyers signed it, they would have to be questioned under the threat of perjury for the reasons why they're dismissing the case despite a lack of evidence to support it, after previously securing a plea from Flynn on those charges. Gonna be awfully hard to do that without committing perjury.
Judge will ask: You filed this motion to dismiss...why?
DOJ: ....
Judge: Well, why?
DOJ: Because Trump wants it.
Judge: Separation of powers, motherfuckers, case proceeds, motion denied
Then, if the lawyers deliberately tank the case, they will be disbarred, held in contempt, or tried for perjury. The question the DOJ won't answer is why are they dismissing the case. The motion to dismiss doesn't contain any reasons or evidence for it. So the judge will undoubtedly ask for it and ask why they didn't present this back when they secured the plea.
Basically, what this case is about is whether or not the DOJ can dismiss a case without complaint or a reason...and if the reason turns out to be that Trump wanted it, well, that's a major Constitutional violation that should disbar Barr and maybe even throw him in prison.
Judge Sullivan is a Clinton appointee.
