Flynn made a minor omission while talking to FBI Agents when he was assured that he was not a target and did not need an attorney. Then he was forced to plead when they threatened false charges against his son. This is called "Undue Influence" in the law.

Several of these dirty cops will be going to jail for violating General Flynn's civil rights. One charge that comes to mind is, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. Look it up.

But the bigger problem with this for Flynn and Trump is that the DOJ will need to provide evidence and reasons for why the charges should be dropped...and they failed to do that in their motion, which means the judge will likely call DOJ lawyers to the stand to explain why they are seeking to drop the charges. Thing is, they have to provide an actual reason because if the only reason they are doing this is because Trump wants it, then that's a separation of powers violation and the DOJ attorneys could face disbarment, contempt, or even share a cell with Flynn.

Let’s assume you are correct then who dies DOJ report to? It reports to the President. He can tell them to investigate or not investigate anything he wants

Trump knows it upsets the left’s politically correct sensibilities to call it ‘the China virus’ so he calls it the China virus.

I expect President Obama will be arrested for burning down the White House soon with the Pretender inside, though a fried pork unelected fuhrer would probably be preferable to the raw version.
