**BREAKING NEWS** - FLYNN CASE DROPPED TOTALLY EXONERATED

Oliver North has never, ever in his life been a hero for the United States.
But he is a hero for Iran, and for the drug-smuggling, nun-murdering and raping contras, who turned Central America into a mess, causing caravans of refugees today.

:palm:

Wrong, moron.
The DOJ filed a motion to dismiss the case, but the judge needs to approve it. The judge in this case is Judge Emmet Sullivan, not known for being nice to prosecutors.

^Moron believes that Judges do not honor a prosecutions move to dismiss. :palm:

The case was not "totally dropped", nor was Flynn "exonerated" (he plead guilty).

What happened is the DOJ filed a motion to dismiss, and the judge presiding over the case will make the ultimate decision.

But given that Judge Sullivan was the same judge who took Flynn's guilty plea, it's going to be difficult to see him granting the motion.

This thread is comical, all the Trumpkins are getting giddy over a gimme, is there anyone out there gullible enough to think that Barr is ever going to proceed with any case that reflects back upon Trump?

I read it; it was a massive pile of stupid. You're dumb enough to watch MSNBC and believe their nonsense. :palm:

I would think that 3 former prosecutors, who also happen to be republicans, would know what they are talking about. I would think that when it comes to the law, you don't know shit.

^People; can anyone get more stupid than this? Never question why prefer to point at morons like this on the left rather than attempt a coherent debate. You cannot debate with stupid. :palm:

He has to, who would prosecute the case if the DOJ has dropped out, he might not want to, have a few choice words before he acts, but he will dismiss the case

Of course he doesn't know shit. He thinks the DOJ dropped the case because they can. But they can't just drop a case, particularly after the defendant pleaded guilty to the same judge they're now trying to get a dismissal from.

We'll see what Judge Emmet Sullivan ultimately does, but his past judicial record isn't one that is kind to institutional corruption.

You mean, we are giddy over an innocent man finally seeing justice against prosecutorial misconduct. GUILTY.

One has to wonder how STUPID and pathetic morons like you are for supporting and defending DOJ corruption.
