Both Texas and Florida flare ups are improving. Both Texas and Florida have locked down their nursing homes an do not allow or require nursing homes to take COVID patients like New York did. Florida has 333 COVID deaths per million residents Texas has 257 COVID deaths per Million residents. New York has 1689 deaths per million residents. California has 410 deaths per million. I'd say Texas and Florida are doing quite a bit better.
