Yeah. My Great Uncle Louie hit that point too. He was one of the smartest and funniest people I had ever met, suddenly he told weird stories and would sometimes get mad for no reason.

Mine told me a wild story about her neighbors murdering her pet rabbits. She didn't even have pet rabbits. She was my favorite aunt to me. More like a grandmother than an aunt. We used to spend a couple of weeks every summer with her and my uncle on their farm. She would have been horrified if she knew she would be telling wild stories one day.

I have administer MoCA test before. They are pretty easy if you don't have a cognitive deficit. BTW 100% of the people who pass the exam don't make a perfect score like Trump did.
