So it's old news that literally everybody around Trump told him there was no election fraud, all of them, yet he (and many of them) still pushed it on tv that there was election fraud and scammed his own supporters out of 250 million for a defense fund that didn't exist? All that was old news?

True. Also what isn't old news but forgotten news is that Trump gave birth to the Stolen Election before, not after, the election happened. At yesterday's hearing, the committee showed a clip of Trump making a speech in late August, saying, "the only way we can lose this election is if it is rigged!" This was at a time when Biden was leading, and had been leading, in all the polls. Trump was trailing even in his party's own internal polls. The betting odds in Vegas favored Biden. This didn't necessarily mean Trump would lose. The race could change before election day. But it certainly meant Biden could win a fair election.
So what was Trump doing? He was planting the seed of The Big Lie, and because his audience was what it is, the seed was planted in fertile ground.

Agreed. As the hearings showed, Trump pushed that same lie before the 2016 election with his claim that if he lost then the election was rigged. The fact so many Americans believe his bullshit is the most disturbing part to me.
IMO, it shows a distinct lack of education among US adults.

Does anyone think Trump would have made that speech had he been leading in the polls, the betting favorite in Vegas? Not a chance, in my opinion. That is the dishonest speech of a worried man. If the polls had been rosy for him, he the betting favorite, he would have been brimming with confidence, and cocky as hell.

Nope. The President is not elected by popular vote. See Article II of the Constitution of the United States.
Absentee voting in Pennsylvania is only available for specific circumstances. General mail in voting is not allowed in Pennsylvania. See the Pennsylvania constitution. No court has authority to change or interpret a constitution.
Election day was fixed by the federal government, in accordance with the authority granted by the Constitution of the United States. The Pennsylvania legislature ignored this law as well, and with it the Constitution of the United States. No ex post facto law is authorized by either constitution, and is specifically prohibited in BOTH constitutions.
No electors were ever chosen by Pennsylvania. The legislature failed to act.
