I won't leave the Democratic party as long as my state has closed primaries because I'd be giving up my primary vote by becoming an independent.

I'll wait until 2024 to start considering who I'll vote for in the next Presidential election.

If the Democrats keep moving to the left I will consider voting for a more moderate candidate.

One thing I do not have to do, is resort to hurling insults every time someone expresses a view that I disagree with.

Those two factors alone make the likelihood of judges acting in such a blatantly biased manner extremely low.
