Chauvin found guilty...let the debates continue!

An organism using only a one dimensional train of thought is a lower life form to a plant. Particularly the one that just killed the subject of discussion.

What you "believe" is of no consequence, as the MEDICAL SCIENCE in testimony in conjunction with the video tapes tells a different story. And WTF do you get your "facts"? Still pulling them out of your posterior? FYI: Chauvin is 5'9", 159 lbs on his official record. The weight doesn't include gun belt, vest. So why don't you lie face down in the street and I'll have someone of similiar measurements kneel on your kneck for 8 minutes or so, and we'll see how that works out for ya!

So where's your link then, toodles? You can clearly see from the rear view video that his knee is between his neck and shoulder. How about that then chuckles?

In New York 2020, murders went up 45% and shootings 97% are you proud of that? Patrisse Cullors is happy, she has at least four houses in the US and an apartment in the Bahamas, not bad for a trained Marxist eh!! Can you point to the chapter in Das Capital that refers to property speculation, I must have missed it?

Here is something else for yer! Dershowitz thinks that he'll probably walk due to the despicable behaviour by Mad Max, Al Sharpton and SloJo, so don't worry you get another chance to stock up on trainers and TVs later in the year.

1. Um, yeah toodles, in a court of law it pretty much does....no jury nullification or judge over-rulling here. What you are doing is just insipidly stubborn sour grapes....

No, its a perfectly valid question. What makes it a legitimate defense case that a policeman's actions would not have hurt a normal person? Floyd wasn't a heathy person. He was a junky. So why is it a defense that a normal person would not have died?

Does it sound like they presented a case to you? Sounds to me like tgey just talked for a while and never really said anything.

And frankly, he very clearly was a junky who was very clearly m commiting suicide by cop through intentional overdose by passing out on dope. Without a conscious choice to breathe or unconcious pain(due to dope), is when dope is considered an od. You can literally eat a brick of fresh dope and not die if you're in an iron lung. Dope has almost no toxicity. You dont die from toxicity on a dope overdose. You die from asphyxiation because theres no pain left to make you involuntarily breathe in your sleep. On even a miner dose you can litteraly hold your breath until you're dead. You also would never announce you can't breathe since you'd have no need to breathe at all anyway. You would not feel shortness of breath. You'd feel almost nothing at all except you'd feel like absolutely nothing could harm you.

It's not only suspicious that he said he couldnt breathe but it's also kinda damning when he says it 10 times.

You can fool all these morons obviously, but i know better.

Now what bothers me is that this guy knows better (watch to the end)

But then just kind of neglects that same point here.

Racism is a terrible terrible weapon. It's even worse when you're the only one not using it.

Since you totally loaded your context from the start, we can talk about the rest of your post some other time perhaps. But right now im just using it for toilet paper.

Floyd's health had nothing to do with the case. Chauvin killed him.

Bullshit, it had everything to do with it. Chauvin's hold would not have hurt a healthy man, especially a huge brute like Floyd. He had 90% blockage in the pulmonary artery ffs, heart disease, lung disease andv was a walking pharmacy.

Chauvin's knee was only lightly pressing on his shoulder blade, if you look at the video taken from the rear, you can see he is supporting his weight with his right hand on the patrol car.

I can see at least four grounds for appeal in the Chauvin trial.

• The jury should have been sequestered

• The trial should have been moved out of state

• The city's announcement of $27M payout before trial had even started was truly disgusting

• Mad Maxine Waters incitement to violence. She should definitely be impeached and removed from the chair of the Finance Committee

Yeah but what difference does that make? Floyd wasnt a healthy person. So why is it a defense that a healthy person would not have died?

And it looks like malpractice too. His lawyers didnt even make a defense case. It looks like they just talked about some other magical situation, one they had no responsibility to defend. Did they even know Floyd's name?

The store clerk who accepted a $20 bill from George Floyd shortly before Floyd died in a confrontation with police says he immediately suspected the bill was counterfeit — and he says he offered to pay for Floyd's cigarettes himself.

"I thought that George didn't really know that it was a fake bill," Christopher Martin testified Wednesday about taking the $20 bill. "So I thought I'd be doing him a favor."

Aside from that, I don't think holding a knee on Floyd's neck was even warranted, at all.

He was already handcuffed, they had 4 officers there, I had never witnessed such an over the top use of force, unless the person was psychotic, then the cops usually just shoot they guy.

Floyd wasn't psychotic.

The cops weren't called for the fake $20.

What makes it a legitimate defense case that a healthy person would not have died? I mean, i could see it if he died after refusing to go to the hospital, that would be a good case. But how is it arguing that floyd would not have died if he was someone else? He wasnt someone else, he was floyd.

Why are they arguing some other hypothetical scenario?
