Meh. She was butt hurt because Hillary screwed Sanders. That was so '16. She's bucking for a permanent paying position on Fox. Nothing more. She was going to get ousted at home anyway next year. She might as well support trump. He'd better be careful. She's going to take votes from him if she runs third party. Wouldn't it be ironic if he funds her campaign?

But she's not really 'liberal'. She hates gays. She's not against killing Muslims. She just doesn't want Americans dying in the process. She was against the Magnitsky act. The DNC establishment is the same as the RNC establishment. Except trump beat the RNC. DNC succeed in getting their candidate the nomination, which proved to be a mistake.

Both establishments benefit from voters falling into the ideological purity trap.

I’m a conservative that rolled the dice on socially liberal New Yorker and, so far, it’s been the best vote I ever cast.

Meh, there are probably some Trump voters who would vote for her [none in my circle] but too many of them are ‘economy first’ voters and Gabbard’s economic policy would reverse the progress of the last three years.

Gabbard would split the Democrat vote—just not to the same extent as Bernie.

I’ve suggested this before: Trump should find a spot for her in the State Department or DOD. It would nice to not have to fight someone over pulling out of Afghanistan or whatever.
 
Gabbard is a fine American, and that some are questioning her character either fear her because they back other Democratic candidates or because she is a threat to Trump.

Gabbard is a threat to Trump IF Democrats had the sense to unite behind her lol.

And I was saying that when she entered the race. She’s the only democrat that has the balls[lol?] to take on Trump. The others say they do but Trump would make easy work of them.

If Gabbard goes third party she will get the platform Hillary and the DNC have been depriving her of.

[hint to Democrats: absolutely get rid of Hillary. I know she’s not in the race but her mere presence on the sidelines taints the whole party. Gabbard landed a punch on her, but no one else in your party has the balls[lol?] to finish her off. Get rid of her—she’s corrupt and toxic]

And when Gabbard gets the platform, she will get the exposure and she will start bleeding the socialist vote away from—probably—Biden. The vast majority of Trump supporters aren’t disaffected enough to change horses in this economy.

trump, like Gabbard, has done a 180 on his earlier social views. He didn't campaign as a socially liberal. He campaigned as a Nazi, and you got exactly what you voted for.

Trump could claim bi-partisanship and the freaking hawks who want us to"maintain a presence" damn near everywhere would be on notice to STFU and tow the line

trump supporters aren't the ones who would pull him over the finish line. Independents are, and he's lost them no matter Gabbard's future in politics. She might steal a few thousand Republicans who have been smitten with her due to her countless hours on Fox.

trump teased a cabinet position for her a long time ago. I don't think she would tolerate being a token, any more than those who have already left his White House.

They do share a hatred of Muslims, though.

somebody needs to read the polls -the swing are suburban voters, but it's still very much going to be a base election.
Trump 2020 has an outstanding ground game -they register everyone coming to the rallies for further contacts

Ok, I’m going to try and help you out here lol.

Drop the Nazi nonsense. Nobody outside the fever swamp thinks Trump is a Nazi. When independents hear democrats yammering on about how Trump is a Nazi, white nationalist, racist/whatever they stop listening. That stuff didn’t work in 2016 and it has even less of a chance in 2020.

Drop the nonsense and go for Trump on the issues.
