But how many people really vote or base their support on that? At least in the Bay Area when I hear Bernie supporters speak foreign policy is almost never brought up. It’s about health care, free school, tax the rich etc. etc.

No the RNC is no different which to a large degree is the reason I left them in 1999. Trump took them on single handedly and defeated those bastards. Dims need someone like that. Their voters aren't ready for it apparently.

As we see on this board not all democrats/liberals support the far left economic wing of the party. And antidotally I can speak to many acquaintances that are democrats but still love making money so the Bernie types don’t appeal to them.

And as much as many democrats talk a good anti-war game they are potentially going to nominate their third senatorial presidential candidate who voted for the Iraq War so being anti-war isn’t necessarily a winning position

Look at what the RNC is doing to eliminate primaries against Trump. On one hand it makes total sense. Why have competition against a sitting President. Additionally most people don’t even know who these candidates are so there’s not some ground swell movement on their behalf. But if we’re talking corruption couldn’t this be considered it in a sense?
 
She should. She has been treated horribly by the MSM, and the Dimocrat establishment. Called a Russian asset, by Crooked Hillary, for not towing the party line.

The left hasn’t been *legitimately* anti-war since the 60’s.

They are anti-war when it’s politically expedient to be anti-war. Just last summer they were kissing Bill Kristol on the lips over Trump’s semi-withdrawal from Syria. Bill Kristol. Think about that.

If JPP liberals don’t support far left economic policy—their criticisms of it are a tad muted.

Neither Gabbard or Bernie have any appeal to me but Bernie has a passionate following and as the last election showed some of his supporters don’t automatically vote Democratic.

You don't know very much about her. She's not anti war. She's anti killing of American soldiers. She's all for droning women and children, as long as they're Muslim.

She's anti gay. She changed her rhetoric since she served overseas, but she's still against gay marriage, and gay rights. She did a complete 180 from her beliefs when her daddy was a local Right Wing politician.

The question is...which Gabbard to believe?
