"Trump claims picture ID is required to buy groceries"

I won't know anything about doxxing and stalking and hacking. That's IT and extortion type stuff. I just know credit cards are safer than debit as far as downside risk is concerned
for consumers. I dont disagree that carding people is a good idea. But it is a fact that there is wholesale disregard for that best practice. That's common knowledge.
I disclaimed offering legal advice. That's something I will do with a client who pays me. Consider my words general information, adopting the news piece I posted from
nerdwallet.

How this went from Trump lying about needing photo ID to buy groceries to Toxic proclaiming that he's right, to you offering a bit of wisdom to her seguing into starting a thread about doxxing and stalking (two things she's guilty of) is beyond weird. Don't worry, you won't be called upon since she's never started a thread on JPP yet. Your advice, meanwhile, on financial safety is sound and welcomed. Thanks.

You can lead a contard to facts, but you sure can't make her think.

"Potential voter fraud"? "Might have cast two ballots?" "Potentially duplicate registrations"? This is lame even for you, hotshot.

There's nothing on PA.gov that say you must show ID if you've been inactive. All it says is:

Do I need any identification (ID) to vote?

If you have voted at your polling location before, you do not need to bring ID to vote. Only voters who are voting for the first time in their election district need to show ID. Acceptable ID includes both photo and non-photo ID.

However, if you have something else from the official PA voting rules, please post it.

And to give all the anti-voter ID people a laugh, there's this:

SAN FRANCISCO — A man who President Donald Trump has promoted as an authority on voter fraud was registered to vote in multiple states during the 2016 presidential election, the Associated Press has learned.

Gregg Phillips, whose unsubstantiated claim that the election was marred by 3 million illegal votes was tweeted by the president, was listed on the rolls in Alabama, Texas and Mississippi, according to voting records and election officials in those states. He voted only in Alabama in November, records show.

You absolutely do have to show an ID if you're inactive, even if you're on the rolls. That is a fact!

The rest of your post is psychobabble.

Us a credit card, fraud protection limits your exposure to $50 and most of the issuers cap it at zero as policy and branding. Fraud is no issue for smart consumers.
It's a big problem, but just for the banks. People who use checks and debit are stupid, unless of course that is all they have.
Get any credit card and simply pay it off every month. Problem solved. Caveat you do have an obligation to at least read your monthly statement and report the fraud
if/when it occurs.

Only desperate people and idiots pay for groceries with credit cards.

What? Yesterday no one ever thought of having a picture ID to get groceries, today the Trumpsters have always shown their ID at the grocery store forever. You are correct, the idea is meaningless and probably not even worth mentioning even when wasting time on an internet forum. The real problem is having a bat shit crazy president and mindless minions following him and reshaping their reality to fit his craziness.

Sure they did. Every time they bought items that required the showing of an ID, they've had to show it.

The fact is the fabrication the Donald made up, we're just enjoying Trumpkins as yourself telling to convince everyone else that an ID card is necessary to purchase groceries

you need photo ID to use your food SNAP card don't you?.....why is it only demmycrats are too stupid to be able to get a photo ID?.......

???....you don't have a cash back card?.....I use one for the cases I file in court.......I get 2% back on $6-7K a month.......I use a credit card the same way I would a check, and Citibank gives me a breakdown at the end of the year on every category of spending for taxes.......

So you don't remember the poster Father Ben (AKA The General)? I've seen enough actual evidence to believe this Top stuff. For a conspiracy theorist you seem to judge what other people believe enough. Pretty hypocritical.

Oh, is CO still obsessing about me? I had hoped that putting him on ignore would quell his ardor. Guess not.

He only supports conspiracy theories that don't give him a bad case of cognitive dissonance. He's more than happy to disbelieve that Toxic engaged in stalking, harassment, doxxing, and posting of personal info on Amazon and believe that I was the culprit -- merely because he and I don't share the same political POV or the same gullibility.

That's funny, you kidding, you could take any Trump gym rally and find umpteen lies or fabrications, did you think he told the Kool Aid drinkers the truth

true....if you had no life you could waste your time doing that.......not that anyone would care except you.....

Or people who want airlines miles and pay off the credit card every month!

Indeed! I don't use my cashback credits for airline miles; I use them towards my balance. My card has no annual fee as well. So I actually make money by using it often.... generally around $400-500/annually. Like you, I pay it off in full every month so there's no interest paid.

That's funny that now we're "desperate" if we prefer not to carry around cash or write checks. Sounds like sour grapes from someone with shitty credit.

It's not narcissism though, it's intellectual snark, with a little chew on this attitude, for haters.

Yep, he's still obsessed with me. Weird how when he first showed up here he sent me a PM wanting bygones to be bygones. I was cool with it. Then he reverted to AmazonDick. Surprise!
