In the eyes of the law and the government you are innocent until proven guilty, however, there are plenty of people innocent in the eyes of the law that I personally believe to be guilty. O.J. Simpson is an example of a person who many believe is guilty yet was is innocent in the eyes of the law.

He did have his gun taken by the police when he was finally arrested after the Martin shooting, but he apparently only had one then and he got it back shortly after the not guilty verdict. If he is found not guilty here he will probably get them all back again. But if he is denied a plea bargain and the felony charge sticks, depending on Florida law he probably won't get them back in Florida but he could get them back in Louisiana, I think!

Maybe he'll be too terrified to leave his house! Won't that be a bonus! Or maybe he will be busted with a gun after the order and get in even more trouble!

Show where it's illegal to kill someone who's unarmed; but then, Martin was armed.
He armed himself with the sidewalk that he was slamming Zimmerman's head against; so you overall premise is a moot point.
