Are you now going to parse words and try to mean that since you didn't say "scape" (your word) that it means you weren't referring to it, or do you want to clarify what the difference is between "small" and "tiny"?

Yeah, see the word "and" between "one small" which was the larger of the two cuts at about 2 cm in length as they said at trial and the "tiny" one which at trial his doctor testified was just over 1/2 a cm in length so, that is "one small" and "one tiny" laceration! Get it now! Or are you still unclear what I was referring. You do know what the word "and" means don't you as in 1 and 1 equals 2. You remember that from elementary school right?
