Well, for starters, there is ample amount of evidence that trayvon acted criminally. In zimmerman's case, there isn't.

One thing I would like to know is why didn't he use CS or pepper spray rather than a gun? Are you going to tell me that these neighbourhood watch characters don't carry it?

I dont know, (not being factious) did he have pepper spray? Frankly, if I am getting beat on by a criminal, I am going for my gun every time. It's the safest route.

It is clear GZ stalked and racially profiled TM. I have shown extensive evidence and police reports stating that GZ was obsessed with young black males! We hear GZ on tape being told not to follow and then hear him RUNNING(Panting) after TM. According to TM's GF martin began walking faster while GZ the paranoid nut bar neighborhood watchman was hot in pursuit of those "assholes" that "always get away"! Since the incident occurred well away from Zimmermna's vehicle and the first sighting it is safe to conclude TM was aggressively pursued, yes STALKED!

By a paranoid idiot armed with a gun against neighborhood watch rules!

WRONG! Much of the evidence points to a paranoid neighborhood watchmen with an obsession for young black males, racially profiling a kid, referring to him as an asshole and punk and saying they get away and aggressively pursuing a kid that has done nothing wrong! Clearly having an aggressor disposition towards TM! And clearly being the aggressor in hot pursuit!Those are the facts!

I'd say that TM was on the defensive! And was trying to get away!

no doubt that the prosecutor will dredge up all of this in the hopes of swaying a jury. Just as likely, the defense will be able to use all of the martin issues to depict him as one of the most aggressive and violent gangsters out there. once again, speculation.

NO. Not being charged with something is hardly evidence. Did you move to Boston? I had assumed (until now) that you were from here.

I am puzzled as to this alleged criminal activity that you keep harping on about, apart from getting into a fight, which neither of us knows the full ins and outs of, just what was he doing that was criminal?

At the end of the video some hillbilly under "17 year old hoodlum" talks about how the media exaggerates. Then states that he jumped the fence into the community and stated all kinds of other mis-information probably broadcast from FOX and KKK newscentral! These fucking uneducated hillbillies are the worst of the worst! And he hypocritically talks about stupidity, when you can tell he has the I.Q. of a sofa! I bet you this moron identifies himself as a Christian also!

It seems you guys have selective memory. I already posted it 3 times! I showed how the cops stated zimmerman had an obsession with black youths.

I posted all the calls he made to police all involving "suspicious" black youths. He even called about a suspicious 7 year old. They guy is a fucken freak!

Good luck with that. What we do have is a man GZ known to be aggressive and showing signs of aggression on the day in question. We have TM carrying skittle and a can of Arizona ice tea talking scared on the phone with his GF.

I'm saying the case was messed up from the beginning thanks to favoritism on the part of the state attorney. Or there would have been much more accurate proof on the incident. I'm saying just like the lead investigator that GZ's story has many holes and is unbelievable. I'm saying it is more then likely zimmerman is guilty though I will wait for all proof to be presented before I make my final judgement. Though right now? It doesn't look good for GZ with the evidence available today.
