That's a poor model. I'd rather see them extract resources and train up the labor pool. Negotiate a square deal.. Works much better in the long term.

What can be done about zimbabwe - or all of africa for that matter?. If we send them food or money, they just have more kids and things get worse. Blacks are very inferior and cannot plan ahead.

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1552 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

Their doctors are on strike demanding to be paid in US dollars. The official inflation rate of 20% is vastly understated. Their economy is basically shutting down due to lack of goods and currency circulation. Mugabe's land grab policy destroyed foreign investment which destroyed its ability to trade which destroyed its ability to produce goods. Not much can be done to save them until a real revolution brings down the government.
