Mental skills yes, but physical skills is another story. Which brings up a good question. Libs say blacks can't get good jobs because whites and their giant white conspiracy won't let them. Why doesn't that argument apply to pro sports???

Are we really supposed to believe whites are conspiring to keep blacks from being businessmen and make $300,000 a year but we do let them play in the NBA and make $30 million a year??????????? Why don't whites keep those sports jobs for themselves too?

Fact is blacks can go as far as their ability will take them. In sports that is far indeed. In jobs that require brains, forget it.

Have you ever walked into a 5 star hotel and had the desk agent, "yo yo, sup y'all." ? FUck no. No establishment would allow it, thus black people can't get good jobs.

Solution? Speak properly. But if you say that you are a racist. So if you don't hire them you're a racist. If you suggest ways to improve you're a racist.

That's just part of it. Most blacks read at a 3rd grade level and are thus unqualified for 99% of today's jobs. And most can't tell time and are always late. Who will hire someone like that.?
