Zelensky is the focus of this war. Putin has claimed he is taking out the Nazi leadership of Ukraine to protect Russia from nazification.Since that does not exist, Zelensky being a jew, Putin is using it as an excuse. Putin is there for Ukraes fertile land and nuclear power. It is about money and land.

The thing with Zelensky is will he know when it's over. we are not there yet but it's like a vise slowly squeezing
It's great to build morale but for the benefit of your people he needs to understand Putin isn't going to stop.

If he wants to inflict more Russian casualties -OK but his people are getting hammered to do it
