Did he make air quotes when he said "true leader?"

I don't believe you, nor do I believe Biden. His show of weakness prompted the attack.

So Biden's weakness prompted Putin to attack someone else, avoiding Biden and any country protected by Biden? That does not even make logical sense.

Before the invasion, nobody was claiming the Ukranians would last two months, and even defeat the Russians on the field of battle. Outside of Kherson, the Russians haven't taken one major Ukrainian city. Russians were utterly humiliated in the Battle of Kyiv.

NATO weapons, NATO Intel, and NATO supplies have made a critical difference.
