should an arrestee or pre-trial detainee have any less privacy interests in his DNA sample than someone who is NOT in the criminal justice system?

Everyone, including citizens and non-citizens, should be protected by due process. I'm relatively ok with the warrant issued by a judge bit. I disagree with things such as the Patriot Act in general. I also disagree with any policy that bypasses EO 12333 allowing governmental intelligence agencies to collect intelligence on American citizens or anyone within the United States (without due process).
