Not that public housing necessarily has to fail. Public housing was actually very successful in cities like Singapore, where almost everyone who's not just rich lives in public housing of some sort. It just happened to fail pretty spectacularly in America, to the point where "The Projects" has become synonymous with the ghetto.
 
I like that the Republican side has a strip club. Those are a must. But that chart is kind of interesting. I've lived in both Oakland and San Francisco which are very Democratic/liberal cities politically. Both cities have large number of "the projects" as is depicted on the Republican side. SF has a large number of strip clubs as again is depicted on the Republican side. Both cities have large number of churches which is depicted on the Republican side but not the Democratic side. Oakland and SF both have a healthy number of check cashing joints which again is on the Republican side and not the Democratic one. (I had a high school classmate in Oakland whose family ran a check cashing shop. Use to see them on commercials all the time. They did quite well.)

Your map seems pretty off ken.

A gross oversimplification, Kenneth. West Virginia has been controlled by Democrats for decades, but is one of the most backwards States in the union. Utah has been controlled by Republicans for a century, but it is a very pleasant place to live. Wyoming is also very conservative, but is one of the healthiest and best educated States, on par with liberal States such as Massachusetts.

Overall, yes, I would say Democrat States tend to be better places to live (I am happy to live in a progressive State), but it is not as cut and dry as you claim. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle - and you are very, very far from the middle, Ken.

Also, why you conclude every sentence with "?!!!!" continues to perplex me. Are you seriously asking a question? Sure doesn't seem like it.

Yeah, in truth, every place has those things, regardless of who's in power. Ken fails to realize this, because Ken is a partisan hack. He hates anyone that doesn't share his left-wing extremist viewpoints.

Well they have "light rail" so they can just get pushed in front of that.

I think that should cover all of the things Kenny missed
 
Ken, can you give an example of an area or city that fits the description of what your cartoons portray?
