There are 68 Palestinian refugee camps near the Palestinian people. People got to them somehow .

I'm pretty sure people are smart enough to know where they need to go. Not everyone needs a nanny state like the democrats do. A lot of them have relatives in refugee camps.

That's a really lazy answer. It's a poor rebuttal.

If you're going to make "they're not leaving when they could" the crux of one of your arguments, you should understand what's going on there. And I'm not even saying that I fully understand it - but I have read enough to know that there are people desperate to get out, and can't, and feel trapped. And there are blockades, and safe zones are a huge issue.

It's not this easy thing that you keep portraying it as.

Just like you knew X number of civilians were killed while not being able to decide who was Hamas and who was not. It's in Hamas interest to put forward a narrative of "but they can't leave". You don't know if that is true or not.

Some of the accounts I saw were direct interviews w/ civilians. And Hamas isn't doing any reporting.

Face it - you don't know what the situation is. Saying "I'm pretty sure people are smart enough to know where they need to go" says it all.

You show me when Israel attacked Palestinians without first being attacked by them because I can't remember one. The Gaza strip could be a Rivera if the Palestinians applied as much industry to improving it as they do to trying to kill Jews. It is on beautiful Mediterranean seaside property.

So, demographics can't change? Prior to and during WW 2, many Jews that came to that region--in part because of the Balfour Declaration--simply bought land and settled there. If a Jewish person buys land from a Muslim and lives on it is that a crime?

100 years ago, the occupiers of the area that consists of Israel today were primarily the British. They had serious issues with Palestinian terrorism back then too.

I will say that the British weren't exactly nice and used some very heavy-handed methods to deal with uprisings and terrorism in Trans-Jordan. But part of the problem was the population itself. Resolution of issues was more often done through tribal warfare than some legal proceeding and the British were simply the latest bunch to try and impose order on the region.

It could be a Riviera if it wasn’t blockaded by air, land and sea by the Israelis. Fenced off like a dog kennel, with nowhere for the dogs to run.
