I'm fairly sure that unless mass riots, destruction of public property, shootings, etc. happen, the courts won't allow it. But we'll see. I know ours will be peaceful.

Trump has already been ignoring the courts. It's all leading up to this; a mass shooting of civilians, martial law to quell the protests of Trump ordering men, women and children to be murdered in American streets and cancelling the Midterms.
Again, my advice is to be prepared. Be smart about it, but be prepared.
