I don't like those two instances you cited, but they are both one out of 8 years of a presidency.

Trump has literally hundreds in one month, yet 40% of Americans are still supporting him.

You can pretend Rump is par for the course (the golf course) but this is not normal. Rump is way beyond anything we have seen and to pretend its comparable to past presidents is to normalize sick and dangerous pathological behavior in our president.
