Once the packets are captured, they are stored in a simple file that can be edited by anyone with access to that file. IP address are easy to look up. It seems Lindell thinks his file is the capture itself. It isn't.

It's easy to replace 69.73.166.170 with 153.31.113.21 which would show that all my data packets to JPP have actually been going to the FBI. The stupidity of ExpressLane seems to know no bounds.

A packet capture doesn't show what is in the packet unless the packet is not encrypted. Almost all internet traffic is secured with encryption these days. Only an idiot would not encrypt an attack on a voting system.
