The GOP was gravely wounded in 2000, drew more of its own blood in 2008 and 2012, but 2016 killed it dead. There's nothing left. The Republican name is all that exists. Agreed they are dooming themselves no matter what they are called.

Except for possibly tipping the Senate (maybe even back and forth), I suspect the Democrats will hold the WH until at least 2032 because the Republican party is too busy killing itself.
