Yes.
Have politicians TRIED to infringe on it?
Work on reversing the infringements of course.¯¯¯̿̿¯̿̿’̿̿̿̿̿̿̿’̿̿’̿̿;812747 said:But you and the other gunlovers stopped those infringements cold by giving in to the fear and sending money to the NRA and...what?
Oops.
So the constitution has been violated?
What are you going to do now?
Can you deny that some very powerful people (Boxer, Pelosi ect) have made it clear that they want to seriously curtail the gun rights in this country?
Obama himself spoke in favor of major gun controls when he ran for election for the senate? You can try and make fun of the vigilance, but it stops the politicians who want to take away our guns. Because they have not been successful does not mean they do not exist.

Opening up the registry for starters. National concealed carry is another route as well. Getting rid of the ATF is another step as well.¯¯¯̿̿¯̿̿’̿̿̿̿̿̿̿’̿̿’̿̿;812756 said:How?
Be specific.
many want Pelosi and Obama to succeed.
I count myself in the number, but getting dumb mutha fuckers from BAMA to understand that 15,000 gun murders is too much is going to prove harder than finding Bin Laden.

Why don't you interpret his answer for me?

I see, so you aren't going to deny that politicians have TRIED to take away our guns? You aren't going to argue that these same politicians were defeated by vigilant gun owner? You just want to ridicule us for winning. It all makes sense now.

Here are a few pieces of legislation that are currently pending:
Here is a quick list of pending federal anti gun legislation:

H.R. 297 - Expands the National Insta Check System. 17 Cosponsors.

H.R. 1784 - Bans the FN Five-seveN Pistol and 5.7 x 28mm SS190 and SS192 cartridges. This bill would also give the Attorney General Carte Blanch discretion on determining other calibers to be banned due to the potential of penetrating soft body armor. 12 Cosponsors.
S 1237 - The No-Fly List = No Guns List bill. 8 Cosponsors.
S 1331 - Places .50 caliber rifles under Title II regulations of the Gun Control Act of '68. This bill is horrible and has 10 Cosponsors. The Cosponsors are a who's who list of anti's in the Senate.
But its pure paranoia and manipulation by the NRA? lol
