The President had his usual orchestrated photo op, talked a lot about himself, declared an "opiod emergency," and then put it on Congress to actually do something.

Plays well on Fox, like it was really a big deal, he has been promising action since he declared for office, but in reality amounts to almost next to nothing, and if it comes back to haunt him, the President has his scapegoat ready, Congress.

As I said, a typical day at the White House, appears arriving and appearances is what it takes to "make America great again"
