No, Yellow is a little kid that read Tom Clancy's "The Bear and The Dragon" and thought it would be funny to imitate the bland and unrealistic Chinese characters that are portrayed in it, because anyone who has actually met any native Chinese, knows they don't talk like Yellow.

This site is probably banned in mainland China, although it would be interesting to see what IP address he uses. Most likely he will be using an anonymous proxy to disguise the origin.
