Yes I do. I’ve been homeless and can speak to a bum. I’ve made millions of dollars and have dined with the Governor of Hawaii and with hundred million dollar businessmen and befriended all.
There’s no need for a DOE in America and no need for social welfare as it currently operates.
Using technology, the poor can be helped by the private sectors and the mentally insane can be helped by those individuals who can be recipients of funding from the private sector because they have the desires and qualifications to do the work of restoration of the sick.
If it costs the state of Michigan $12/year to educate or student why not pay parents (one parent is required to be employed) $12k per child to homeschool?
A black man with median income of $35k per year has 4 kids. Rather than welfare he because he’s married and employed can get $48,000. Per year for his wife to homeschool.
