Personally, as a retired health care professional, I hope that all schools, malls, large box stores, sporting and concert venues, and other public places have at least one AED available. They are far more effective at saving lives than CPR.
Lol…we’ve had to have defibrillators in strategic spots on campus since the 2015-2016 school year. It’s just one more thing along with staying current on our CPR certification that no one knows teachers have to do.

I know. My youngest is a teacher; she has to be able to do basic first aid; infant, child, and adult CPR; how to recognize the signs of anaphylaxis, choking, heat stroke/exhaustion, embolic stroke, etc. and know when to call 911.
