Most notably, Stanford’s School of Medicine will not require students to take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), the standardized test for medical degree candidates. Stanford Medicine said that applications can be submitted without the MCAT through September 30, 2020 “in fairness to all applicants.”

Black standards on the MCAT have been lowered drastically compared to whites and asians and people are quite rightly howling about it. So stanford decided to just drop the requirement.!!! Same thing with the ACT and SAT. They are great indicators but blacks do terrible on them, so schools have dropped them too. Everything has to be dumbed down to help the chimps.

I have known some EXCELLENT black doctors and the one black female medical student we had in my class was a very good student. I suspect she became a great doctor. Ben Carson was a great neurosurgeon. I'm not sure why they are eliminating the MCAT but it probably is a bad idea. A standardized test is a good way to evaluate students from different educational backgrounds.
