Wow... maybe we are done with the witch hunt

Hello PoliticallyMotivated,

You covered the entire spectrum of conflated nonsense in 1 paragraph! Nicely done! So which of the 30 indictments relates to conspiracy with Russia? Which ones are for obstruction? It might interest you, that judge Friedrich, who's hearing the Concord / IRA case, has forbidden Mueller from even suggesting Kremlin involvement in the "troll farm". Friedrich court reviewed the Crowdstrike analysis and determined it was garbage.

Nice job of finding that one salmon headed to the sea and then claiming that must be where they are all going.

Hello PoliticallyMotivated,

I laugh every time a liberal makes the argument that the Senate is, or will protect the president. Protect from what? Mueller's report is only a transcript of investigators interviews. Mueller's report does NOT include a single ALLEGATION.

The Mueller Report absolutely alleges that Trump fired Comey because the FBI was investigating him, then tried to fire Mueller for the same reason, and also tried to have Mueller's orders changed, one again, for the same reason. Sure looks like obstruction of justice to me and a lot of other Americans.

It also alleges that Trump lied about the purpose of the Trump Tower meeting, and also claimed it was Don Jr who said it.

Congress hasn't accused Trump of a crime either. Crimes are outlined in Articles of impeachment, and the House majority refuses to make any REAL allegations.

Give it time.

Every time congress votes down impeachment, they're declaring there is no prima facia evidence to support a criminal allegation. That's as close to "exoneration" as it gets, and the House majority has done it several times.

Every time Congress looks at the issue there are fewer votes against impeachment and a growing number for impeachment. It is a matter of building the case piece by piece, and giving people time to realize the grave implications of the President's alleged high crimes and misdemeanors.

Hello Celticguy,

TV has to pay its bills. Cant do it without eyes on the screen. Print media has already discovered this basic economic fact.

Some programming serves the public, and thus is not expected to generate profits.

I would not be surprised to hear that CSPAN broadcast of the Mueller testimony generated FAR higher ratings than normal CSPAN broadcasts.

Well considering its average viewership is 12k nationwide, not much of a factor.
And the Mueller show took regular profitable programming off the air.
All this crying wolf has grown old.

Trump is the one crying wolf over illegal immigration. Claiming they are bringing crime and drugs. Baloney. El Chapo used ships and planes to transport drugs into the US. Claiming undocumented immigrants are ruing the economy, taking away jobs. Seriously? They banned migrant farm workers in Alabama and nobody wanted the jobs. Americans couldn't do the work. Unpicked fields rotted. They had to relent and let the migrant farm workers go back to work.

El Chapo was not the only one importing drugs.
MS13 makes their living in himan and drug trafficking.
And, of course the ultraviolence that comes along with it.

The left is not going to let this die out anytime soon. Just about two weeks ago, I heard Rachael Maddow go back into Bridgegate after all these years, so I doubt they will stop trying to milk out the witchhunt.

Pols? Of course not. But the print media has killed itself blindly abetting it. Will tv do the same ? Why do you think netflix hulu etal are flourishing ?

In a lot of ways, the left is like the Puritans or the Pharisees of Jesus' time. Self righteous, misrepresenting of the truth, and so set on convincing people what they believe is the truth, they're willing to ruin the lives of innocent people by lying in order to further their selfish agenda. The witch trials involved people making false claims against those they disagreed with much like the left makes false claims of racism.

Oh my God, talk about hypocrisy..................:laugh:

Unfortunately it aint over till it's over, & it aint over..........:thisisgettinggood::snoop:

Hello and welcome PoliticallyMotivated,

How can you ignore all the troubling news about Trump and only focus on inconsistencies in the scrutiny of Trump?

That is not going to change the facts that:

1. Russia helped Trump get elected, possibly made the difference (which explains the difference between the polling and the results.)
2. Trump tried on several occasions to stop or limit investigations of him and his campaign.
3. The Trump team has been comprised of crooks, many of whom are still under investigation, awaiting trail, or have already been convicted.
4. The Trump team received an email which explicitly offered dirt on Hillary 'as a part of the Russian government's effort to aid the Trump campaign,' then Trump lied about the meeting claiming it was about adoption.
5. Trump himself, upon hearing that a special prosecutor had been appointed, blurted that 'his presidency was over.'

How can you just gloss over all of that and only choose to look at inconsistencies?

Pretty selective focus.

Well, after all, Trumpism is a religion . And religions depend on selective focus.

The only real witch hunts are all those the sheep on the right keep bleating support for.

Of course, it's our drug laws that make drug trafficking so profitable, just as Prohibition fueled the increase in organized crime.

Im all for legalizing everything and giving it away.
Its death to gangs, great for crime in general, lets those bound and determined to OD get r done and save a ton ending the war of drugs that we've lost.

Mueller made plenty of allegations. And the House won't impeach because they know, with certainty, that the Senate will refuse to convict. That, again, is not exoneration.

Because the American public is less and less concerned with the health of our institutions.
