He knocked over a liquor store a little while before, so it's a little more complicated than that. In the struggle that he had with the cop, he tried to grab the cop's gun. It discharged in the car.

All of that together sounds like Brown assumed the cop was trying to apprehend him as a suspect in the previous robbery.

He did not "knock over a liquor store." And I do not believe the cop's story. And...that's the end of it.

I told you that all my blacks friends in LA were harassed by the cops. I drove all over the city and was never stopped. So, yeah, they have a reason to be fearful of the cops.

To an extent, but not fearful to the point of worrying if they're going to die. Harassment seems to be a significant issue, but cops don't typically kill people in custody.

There have been protests against harassment, and most of them have been peaceful. However, when protests happen regarding someone being killed, they tend to be less peaceful.

My argument from the beginning has been that the media did everything it could to escalate tensions regarding this. The end result is more ad revenue for them and riots for various cities.
